We are situated on a private cliff in the centre of Filey’s 5 mile bay called Flat Cliffs. This is not The Bay Holiday Park.

We are located between Primrose Valley caravan park (amazing facilities March – November) and the beach.

Filey Train Station is 2.5 miles away – Book your train with The Trainline.

We are situated on a private lane and have a driveway with plenty of space for two cars. Further parking for guests is available 100 metres from the house at the top of the hill in Primrose Valley (the area, not the caravan park).

We also have an electric car charging point.

We are located just 200 metres from the Coop and eateries of Primrose Valley which are open extensively from March to November. There is a Jet Garage just 1km away which has a good Spar shop, this is open 12 months. There is a Tesco in Filey itself which is 2.5 miles away by car or walk along the beach. There are a variety of shops (Co-op open until 10pm), services and pubs available in the quaint village of Hunmanby which is 2 miles from the house.

No, we are sorry but Filey Beach House is strictly pet free. No pets are allowed inside the house either staying or visiting.

We welcome children, the house is all on one level, we have a high chair, travel cot and a selection of games and toys for a variety of ages. We have protective corners for the glass table and quartz worktops so little heads don’t get hurt. The glass balcony has lockable gates. Young children will need carefully watching in the garden areas (sea side) due to the house being built on a cliff. As owners we have a 3 and 6 year old and they absolutely love Filey Beach House. There is a wide selection of facilities for children close by from March to November.

We are situated on a private hamlet and guests have private beach access on the steps in front of Billy Butlin’s old house, The White House. Come out of the house and turn right, down the hill to the right, take the lower road and through the gate in front of The White House, down the steps to the beach. This is a 5 minute walk but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

There is one step up into the porch and one from the porch into the kitchen. Once you are in the house it is all on one level.

We supply one bath sheet and one hand towel per person. We also supply one tea towel and one hand towel in the kitchen. The beds will be made for your arrival with crisp, fresh cotton bedding.

We have Fibre broadband and its superfast with no loss of speed.

Check in/out days are limited to a Monday & Friday with a 3 night minimum stay.

We have our own Electric car charger on the driveway which is a Podpoint.
